All items available for the CSA baskets would be available for purchase, but my specialty would be heirloom tomatoes. Available would be salad tomatoes in a variety of colours; yellow, orange, green, purple, black or white as well as various striped varieties. Spectacular slicing or sauce tomatoes are available also.

Many unique and rare varieties are available...serve something totally different. The varieties I have selected are both exceptional to look at as well as exceptional in taste. Call to request a sample basket - in season of course.

Other items you may find interesting are multi-coloured beans including striped, and multi-coloured carrots and potatoes, multi-coloured chard, greens and not-so-green greens etc. I grow nearly everything, and am adding to my variety list on a regular basis. My seeds are from all over the world and some sources are quite obscure. If you are interested in having something grown specifically for your restaurant and I don't currently grow it, this can be accomodated. Call early, so I have an opportunity to source the seed.
